How does QR code work?
A QR Code is a two-dimensional barcode that is readable by smartphones. You can use the smarphone camera or any free QR code reader application for reaching the Train Smart YouTube videos on the spot. Internet connection is a must for watching the videos, hence free public WIFI networks could be helpful.
Fitness Parks
Equipments of Fitness Park (16 pcs + Warm Up and Stretching) has a yellow sticker. The stickers and videos has Hungarian-English texts and subtitles (Use always the "Captions" (CC) function by the videos)
Street Workout Parks
Equipments of Street Workout Parks (17 pcs + Warm Up and Stretching) has an orange sticker. The stickers and videos has Hungarian-English texts and subtitles (Use always the "Captions" (CC) function by the videos). You can find orange stickers in the Fitness Parks also, because some Street Workout Park equipments can be there e.g. Parallel Bar, Multi Trainer, etc.
